Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Captain and SIC for the Citation 550 aircraft, based in the Nashville TN area. In this on-site role, the Captain and SIC will be responsible for operating the aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-flight planning, ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew, maintaining thorough communication with the flight team, and managing in-flight operations efficiently and professionally. The Captain will also collaborate with ground teams, manage documentation, and uphold the highest safety and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of aviation protocols, including FAA regulations and flight safety procedures
Exceptional piloting and navigation skills within Citation 550 or similar aircraft
Strong communication and coordination capabilities to work effectively with crew and ground teams
Proven experience in flight planning, weather assessment, and determining safe flight paths
Current and valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
Minimum flight hours and certifications specific to the Citation 550 or equivalent aircraft
Ability to maintain professionalism, focus, and calmness in a high-pressure environment
Experience in aviation Part 135 safety standards and customer-centered service are advantageous
