Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Flight Scheduler / Dispatcher to provide part-time operational support. Competitive pay is offered, with potential to transition to a full-time role.
Details:
Schedule: Flexible, 3-4 days/week, Mon-Thurs, 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Flight planning and operational coordination
Crew logistics, trip support, and weather updates
Communicate with pilots, clients, and vendors
Familiarity with Avianis, Tivoli, and ForeFlight preferred
Qualifications:
Flight scheduling or dispatch experience
Knowledge of FAR 91/135 operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
FAA Dispatcher certificate a plus
