Cabin Host – Gulfstream G450 | KOAK
Position Summary
This full-time Cabin Host position for our Part 91/135 Gulfstream G450 based in Oakland, CA is responsible for delivering exceptional service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols onboard the aircraft.
The Cabin Host will manage the overall operation of the aircraft’s cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and legendary experience for all Clay Lacy clientele. The role also involves maintaining the aircraft’s inventory and ensuring the cabin is prepared and stocked according to owner’s preferences.

Location: Oakland, CA (KOAK)
Compensation: $125,000
Operation: Pt. 91 & 135 – Approximately 500 hours annually (to be supplemented with contract Cabin Hosts as needed).
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers.
• Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the owner’s food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests.
• Regularly update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.
• Organize and maintain owner lockers, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained.
• Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
• Prepare the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight.
• Source. shop for and stock the aircraft with the owner’s requests and preferred items, rotating supplies and replacing items as needed.
• Proactively identify and address any issues related to aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate department.
• Safely offload and on-load aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s schedule, adjusting to changes in flight schedules as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Required Education and Experience
• 3+ years Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Emergency training – certificate from an approved training facility completed within the past 12 months to include CPR/First Aid.
• Pre-employment background drug screening.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to be “on-call” unless on a scheduled day off.
