A [Company] America Global Series Sim Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality pilot training programs with primary emphasis on simulator instruction. This role supports the development of safe, standardized, and operationally effective pilots through simulator instruction, ground school delivery, and remaining connected to the operation through active participation in Global 7500-line operations.
This position plays a key role in supporting the company objective of maintaining industry-leading operational reliability and achieving aircraft and crew availability goals through effective pilot training, standardization, operational readiness, and timely completion of training and operational documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct simulator training in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, SOPs, and approved training programs
Deliver instruction in normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures
Evaluate pilot proficiency in aircraft systems, automation, QRH usage, CRM, checklist discipline, and operational decision-making
Utilize competency-based grading methodologies and support Evidence Based Training (EBT) principles throughout training events
Reinforce standardization, callouts, task allocation, and effective two-crew operations
Provide performance-based feedback, mentorship, and coaching
Support initial, recurrent, transition, upgrade, and assigned training programs
Complete training records and documentation accurately and on time
Identify training trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
Operate as an active Global 7500 / 8000 crew member in domestic and international operations to maintain operational awareness and line proficiency
Requirements:
ATP Certificate required
Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time
Ability to obtain and maintain required FAA Class 1 medical certification
Bombardier Global G7500 or BBD700 Type Rating required, both preferred
Previous simulator instructor experience strongly preferred
Minimum 12 months training delivery experience preferred
Previous ground school instruction experience preferred
Previous instructional or checking qualifications preferred (CFII, MEI, Check Pilot, TCE, IP, TRI, TRE, or equivalent)
Part 135 and international operational experience preferred
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, SOP compliance, CRM, competency-based training, EBT, and operational risk management
Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and instructional skills
Authorization to work in the United States
Unrestricted domestic and international travel capability
No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years
Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
Requires successful completion of [Company] America Instructor and Check Pilot Training Programs
