Responsible for the booking, revising and canceling of flight services for day of operation services, as well as all non-scheduled flights.
Job Description
Essential Functions
Works directly with established contracted vendors, CTS, CRS, and crewmembers to ensure booking confirmations and cancellations.
Researches and books non-contract vendors when contract vendors are unavailable.
Identifies cost-saving opportunities to cancel and reuse rooms as appropriate.
Interprets, implements, and complies with appropriate sections of the pilot’s collective bargaining agreement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Associates Degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in a customer service environment resolving problems, processing information, and answering inquiries by telephone.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Good communication, organizational, oral and written skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software.
Job Conditions
Ability to work various shifts, including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications: Work Schedule: varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
