We are seeking a motivated Aircraft Mechanic to provide safe and efficient maintenance on the aircraft used by Smith Douglas Homes.
Responsibilities:
Perform aircraft inspections, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
Maintain accurate and organized maintenance records.
Assist pilots with aircraft dispatch and operational support.
Move, pack, and unpack aircraft within the hangar as needed.
Support day-to-day hangar operations and upkeep.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
FAA A&P Certificate with Inspection Authorization is required.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to get the job done.
Schedule is generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to complete maintenance projects and support flight operations.
