The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing all airplane operations conducted by the Aviation Department. Supervises, coordinates and schedules the work of the Airplane Pilots and is responsible for performing other administrative duties. The individual operates all airplanes in order to transport passengers to destinations within the United States (domestic) and international locations. The individual performs maintenance testing as well as other missions assigned to the Aviation Department. This position reports to the Chief Airplane Pilot or designee and is an exempt position.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaison between Aviation department, National Marketing and Seminole HR Aviation Department.
Responsible for the safe conduct of domestic and international flights while ensuring compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
Ensure pre and post flight inspections are performed
Review weather conditions and NOTAMS at departure, en-route, alternate and destination airports
Prepare and/or review flight plans and ensure aircraft performance parameters are within tolerances
Reviews Flight Risk Assessments for each leg and determine proper mitigation
Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying, reporting and assisting in mitigations of safety related issues
Ensure the aircraft is clean, sanitized and prepared for every flight
Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircraft’s operation and maintenance. Including working with and taking direction and instruction from the Seminole Hard Rock Aviation Team
Provide professional and exceptional customer service to passengers
Flexibility with schedules, includes weekends, holidays, evenings, days. Ability to prepare for a flight at a moment’s notice
Ability to service the passengers in the absence of a flight attendant prior to departure
Required training and successful completion in simulator and actual aircraft
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Total Time Fixed Wing: 7000 hours
PIC: 4000 hours
Total Jet Time: 4000 hours
G-IV TT: 1000
Type rating in the G-IV required; 12 months current in Type is preferred; FAA ATP Certificate
Maintain a First Class Medical Certificate
Accident free history; clean FAA record; no pending investigations
Must be able to work on an on-call basis
Primary residence with a (1) hour drive from FLL or willing to relocate
Valid Passport
Basic computer (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and electronic tablet skills
Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug and criminal history records check, and must participate in FAA DOT drug and alcohol program
Ability to read and comprehend guidance as found in required manuals
Valid FCC Radio telephone Operator’s Permit
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
