We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Cabin Crew Member to join a small, dedicated team serving a VVIP Chairman on two private aircraft (Legacy 650 and BBJ 737). The successful candidate will work alongside one junior crew member and be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service, safety, and discretion onboard.
Lead and coordinate in-flight service for VVIP passengers, ensuring world-class hospitality standards.
Manage and mentor the junior cabin crew member.
Prepare and personalise high-end cabin service, including premium dining and bespoke amenities.
Oversee cabin presentation, inventory, and catering for each flight.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity at all times.
Be available on an on-call basis, averaging 40–50 flying hours per month.
Minimum 5 years’ flying experience, ideally with premium/VVIP clientele.
Previous experience working on private jets or Emirates First Class or Etihad First Class is highly preferred.
Exceptional grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, discreet, and adaptable to changing schedules.
Must currently reside in Dubai.
Must be fluent in Arabic.
