This position is suited for an individual whose interest is corporate aviation and a long term investment in their professional success by serving as Trip Captain / PIC with the highest level of professionalism, competency, and proficiency on company aircraft while demonstrating the ability to work exceptionally well with others in a small team environment.
Responsible for planning and conducting flights (domestic and international) safely in a legal and consistent manner, and in compliance with all federal and international policies and in accordance with company policy, standards, and procedures. Also serve as SIC on flights, assisting fellow crew-members and passengers as necessary and as directed.
In addition to flying duties, provide assistance to the scheduling staff with trip planning (including risk assessments, evaluations and mitigations) and perform non-flight related ancillary duties as assigned, and assist the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and other staff as necessary.
Apart from any religious or disability considerations, open availability is needed to meet the needs of the business. If hired, the selected candidate will be required to provide proof of authorization to work in Canada and be legally able to travel to any country.
Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.

License required: ATP / ATPL
Open to license holders: FAA / TCCA
Medical: First Class / Category 1
Passport: Current U.S. or Canadian passport
Driver license: Current
ICAO ELP: Level 4+
International / Oceanic Experience: Preferred
Minimum Hours (provide proof of pilot experience):
4,000 hours total flight time
1,000 hours PIC in multi-engine aircraft
500 hours turbine flight time
Maintain aircraft type ratings / qualifications as required by the company
Experience in Gulfstream G280 aircraft preferred
Possess strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership skills
Exceptional trip planning, crew resource management (CRM), and problem-solving skills
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Provide positive, courteous service to all staff, passengers and service providers
