Gulfstream G600 Captain — Dallas, TX

A small self-managed Part 91 operation based in Dallas, Texas is looking for a G600 captain to join the team. The flight department operates a single Gulfstream G600 without an outside management company, flying approximately 250 to 275 hours annually on domestic and international trips. The flight department flies exclusively for one family.

This is a full-time, W-2 position. Pilot must be based in the DFW area. Commuting not offered for this position.

With the department being self-managed, the owner and family office staff collaborate regularly with the pilots. Flight planning is shared among the Captains and owner, with family office staff handling passenger travel, accounting, and human resources. We rely on our pilots to keep the airplane ready, stay ahead of maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and keep the principals informed. Discretion and reliability matter to us as much as strong airmanship.

The successful candidate must be current and typed in the G600, qualified to serve as Pilot-in-Command, and available to begin flying by August 15, 2026. Specific requirements:

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate, Airplane Multi-Engine Land

• FAA First-Class Medical

• Current Gulfstream GVII-G600 type rating

• International and oceanic experience

• Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restriction

• Clean flying record; able to pass a background check and meet the department's insurance requirements

Prior Part 91 or family-office experience and meaningful G600 time in type are preferred.
