Position Summary
The Ferry Pilot is a contract position responsible for transporting aircraft across the country on behalf of [Company]. Missions include picking up customer aircraft and ferrying them to our facility, as well as delivering completed aircraft back to customers. This role requires strong aeronautical decision‑making, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and composed in dynamic flight environments.
Compensation: Contract rate of $600 per day.
What You’ll Do
Conduct nationwide ferry flights in accordance with TAS procedures and FAA regulations
Safely transport customer aircraft to and from [Company]
Demonstrate strong situational awareness, communication, and cockpit composure
Maintain accurate documentation of all flights and operational activities
Represent [Company] professionally with customers and partners
Minimum Qualifications
Commercial Single‑Engine and Multi‑Engine Rating
Second‑Class Medical Certificate or better
No accidents or incidents on record
1,500 hours total flight time
250 hours multi‑engine time
Experience in one or more of the aircraft makes/models operated by TAS (preferred)
MEI preferred but not required
