In addition to your strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a team, you will need a clear motivation to take the next step in your career by upgrading to Captain
EASA ATPL (A) License
Excellent knowledge of Italian (non-native speakers must demonstrate at least B2 level)
Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
Minimum of 3,000 flight hours in airline operations
At least 3 years of experience as a First Officer in airline operations
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
Passport with unlimited validity (if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport)
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
