We’re growing fast — and need a leader to help us scale flying opportunities for young people across the UK.

This role is all about making sure we have the aircraft, flying hours, and instructors to meet demand. You’ll work with partner schools, grow our own fleet, and build brilliant teams at multiple sites.

Ideal for someone with military or commercial aviation experience, especially in ops or leadership. You don’t need a flight training background — just the ability to lead, build, and deliver.

Ideally within striking distance of our office near Newbury for 2 days per week.
