Description:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious fixed wing pilot who is also a photographer (or willing to learn) to join our growing team. This unique role involves flying a Cessna Cardinal and capturing high-resolution images for commercial real estate, energy infrastructure and construction progress purposes. Our aircraft is equipped with camera gear—no post-processing required.
This position is ideal for a professional pilot with a passion for photography and strong attention to detail. The work is flexible but requires availability year-round, including some weekends. A typical week includes local DFW flights and a scheduled trip to West Texas.
What You’ll Do:
Pilot a Cessna Cardinal (177RG) for photo flights
Operate professional-grade camera equipment (provided)
Coordinate with team members on flight plans and photography targets
Ensure FAA compliance and safe flight operations at all times
Complete pre- and post-flight aircraft checks
Requirements:
FAA Private and Commercial Pilot Certificate
Flexibility to work on a dynamic schedule, including some weekends
Must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
Preferred (Not Required):
Instrument Rating (IFR)
Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
Previous aerial photography experience
Pay:
Competitive contractor rate – based on experience and flight time (to be discussed during interview)
