Bizjetjobs.com began with a simple idea: there had to be a better way to connect qualified pilots with the right job opportunities in business aviation.
Founded by Rick Koubsky, a seasoned G500 Captain and former Director of Aviation, Bizjetjobs.com was born out of real-world experience. Rick had seen the hiring process from both sides of the cockpit door. As a job-seeking pilot earlier in his career, he struggled with the inefficiencies and uncertainty of finding quality flying work. Later, as someone responsible for building and managing a top-tier flight department, he faced the opposite challenge—how to quickly and confidently find qualified pilots and flight attendants who were the right fit for the mission, the aircraft, and the company culture.
In 2006, Rick launched Bizjetjobs.com with a mission:
To create a reliable, aviation-specific platform where employers and crew could connect directly.
