Now you can add screening questions directly when you post a job.
This feature allows you to filter out unqualified applicants early in the process. Want to make sure the applicant holds a PIC Type Rating for the aircraft? Ask that upfront. Want to know if they’re willing to relocate or have international experience? Add it as a screening question.
How it works:
- When you create a job post, just click "Add Screening Question" before publishing.

- Set a preferred answer, and our system will help prioritize top-matching candidates.

This simple addition gives you a better list of leads from the start—saving you time and helping you hire faster.
👨✈️ Pilot Screening Example Questions:
- Are you type rated for this aircraft?
- How much total time in type do you have?
- Are you current and qualified under Part 91/135?
👩✈️ Flight Attendant Screening Example Questions:
- Do you have corporate aviation flight attendant experience?
- How many years of experience do you have on corporate jets?
- Are you trained in cabin safety or culinary service?
📋 Manage Applicants Easily in Your Dashboard

New applicant status tools allow you to:
- Tag applicants by stage: Phone Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired, or Disqualified

- Move candidates from one stage to another with a single click
- Keep track of where each person is in your hiring process—especially helpful if you're reviewing dozens of applications
Prefer to manage resumes via your email inbox? No problem. You can still opt to have resumes sent to your email address.
💬 Reach Out to Recommended Pilots Right Away
Don’t want to wait for candidates to apply? Now you don’t have to.
As soon as your job post is live, we’ll show you a list of Recommended Candidates based on your job details. From your dashboard, you can browse these matches and send messages directly to any pilot you’re interested in.
