In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to post your first job on BizJetJobs and make the most of your listing.

✈️ Step 1: Log In or Create Your Employer Account

If you haven’t already, head to BizJetJobs.com and click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner. Select "I'm an Employer", then fill in a few basic details about your company and your hiring needs.

Already have an account? Simply click "Log In" and enter your credentials.

Once logged in, go to your Dashboard and click the "Post a Job" button. You’ll be taken to our job posting form, designed specifically for aviation roles.

📝 Step 3: Fill Out the Job Posting Form

This is your opportunity to attract the right candidates. Make sure your listing is clear, detailed, and appealing. Here’s what to include:

  • 📌 Position Title: ex: PIC G550, SIC Citation Excel, Contract Cabin Attendant
  • 🕒 Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
  • 📍 Location: Include airport code (e.g. KTEB, KVNY) and city
  • 🛩️ Aircraft Type: Be specific if you're looking for typed pilots
  • ✅ Requirements: Total time, type ratings, passport/visa, etc.
  • 🧭 Description: A brief overview of your flight department, operations, and what makes the job attractive
  • 💲 Salary / Per Diem / Benefits (optional): Transparency is appreciated and attracts more applicants
