📝 Step 3: Fill Out the Job Posting Form
This is your opportunity to attract the right candidates. Make sure your listing is clear, detailed, and appealing. Here’s what to include:
- 📌 Position Title: ex: PIC G550, SIC Citation Excel, Contract Cabin Attendant
- 🕒 Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
- 📍 Location: Include airport code (e.g. KTEB, KVNY) and city
- 🛩️ Aircraft Type: Be specific if you're looking for typed pilots
- ✅ Requirements: Total time, type ratings, passport/visa, etc.
- 🧭 Description: A brief overview of your flight department, operations, and what makes the job attractive
- 💲 Salary / Per Diem / Benefits (optional): Transparency is appreciated and attracts more applicants
