Objective

To obtain a pilot position as Captain with a dynamic corporation that emphasizes a team environment and where my technical & mechanical abilities would be beneficial to the operation.

Additional Details: March 9, 2019

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am writing to express my interest in the position as corporate pilot for your organization as advertised with bizjetjobs.com. I believe that my experience and training to date provide me with the skills that would benefit your company as pilot in command. My total flight time exceeds 26,000 hours of which 10,000+ hrs was as Captain on heavy jets in excess of 100 tons. Various type ratings include Beech Jet 400A along with the B-777, B-767 and many others.

My flying background spans 40+ years beginning of course with small twin turbo props, but much of my career has been flying Boeing jets. I have worked with Air Canada for 38 years and I held a 2-year contract position as Captain on the Boeing 777 with Jet Airways in India. I have flown extensive worldwide operations from my bases in North America & India to Europe, Asia, Russia, Indonesia, South America without any violations, accidents or incidents. Crew Resource Management has always been and will always be key to providing a safe environment for the flight deck crew and passengers on my flights. SOP’s are the foundation of a safe environment, but a heavy dose of common sense coupled with a very logical approach has served me very well throughout my career.

I currently manage a small fleet of turbine powered aircraft in Page, AZ. The BE-400 is our main aircraft of which I am the Captain as well Flight Ops Manager.

I welcome the opportunity to share my experience, professionalism and enthusiasm with other members of your aviation department and organization.

I thank you in advance for your consideration and look forward to speaking with you soon.

Sincerely,

David Puttkemery
