We're currently interviewing for a full time Captain positions now open on our Lear 75 (LR-45) aircraft based in South Florida. This aircraft is operated under Part 91 only and will be based at two locations for the benefit of the principal. Aircraft operations bases are Opa-Locka, FL (OPF) and Grand Cayman (MWCR).
This aircraft will be operated and turn-key managed by Fair Wind Air Charter, the largest charter management company in the Southern US. Fair Wind operates Part 91 managed aircraft in compliance with IS-BAO Level III approvals. Fair Wind has established itself over its 35 year history as the top-notch, legally compliant, safe & honest management company.
The aircraft will operate around 350 hours per year (+/-) and operates roughly 15 days per month average, as previously stated, under Part 91.
Full time salaried position with high-end daily meal allowance (per-diem) of $3.50 per hour domestic, $4.25 per hour international. Full benefits consisting of Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. We also provide 401(k) participation with annual match of 50% of contributions up to 3% of earned salary. Annual bonus applies for employee performance and tenure. Moving allowance provided.

Minimum experience required:
3,500 hour total time airplane
2,500 hour multi engine time airplane
1,000 hours PIC time airplane
250 hours PIC time in LR45 type is a minimum but experience in actual LR75 variant highly preferred
ATP license mandatory
First Class medical mandatory
LR-45 PIC type rating required for Captain position
LR-75 simulator recurrent recency (within 24 months) preferred
US Citizenship or legal residency status with unrestricted permission to work.
Must reside (or establish residency) within 90 minutes of OPF
Must be willing to operate from the Grand Cayman base location if/when the aircraft is located at MWCR airport.
