Description: The Citizens Bank Flight Department provides corporate flight services for the bank. The aircraft captain is responsible for passenger safety and comfort, while complying with all relevant statutes and regulations.

Primary responsibilities include:
Flying the Citizens Bank corporate aircraft as either pilot or second in command
Completing tasks and responsibilities associated with the corporate flight department including recurrent training, trip planning, ground travel and safety management meetings.
Greeting passengers and assisting with passenger seating and luggage storage
Conducting passenger briefings

Required Skills/Experience:
Proficiency in both pilot in command and second in command duties; Trip planning (Weather, Itinerary, Loading, Fuel)
Strong level of Professionalism required
Ability to pass vetting procedure for Bradley International Airport badge
Aptitude for technology with competence in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work late nights, weekends, holidays (although most flights don’t occur on these days the ability needs to be there on occasion)
Experience working within the International Standards of Business Aircraft Operators (IS-BAO) established rules.
Ability to report to the airport between 3:00am and 6:00am for most flights
Ability to be away from home for 7 days (for trips)
Must live within less than 3 hours from Windsor Locks, CT via ground transport
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree required
Current FAA Class 1 medical, Unrestricted
Current Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
Must have attended recurrent training within past 12 months on Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy II
Current FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
Must pass clear record check from National Driver Register
Must pass credential confirmation through Pilot Records Improvement Act
Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
