 Over five years’ experience in aviation with diversified clientele and worldwide cultures
 Ability to work extended work periods that may exceed 14 hours in a day
 Strong communication skills written and verbal
 Ability to perform safety briefing and insure passengers comply with federal regulations
 Ability to travel internationally and communicate successfully with vendors in different countries who may not speak English
 Professional fluency in Spanish and conversational Mandarin Chinese
 Report all cabin discrepancies and cabin maintenance issues to pilot in command for documentation
 Knowledge of etiquette protocol
 Operation of Cabin Management Systems and galley equipment
 Cabin Safety Management and CRM
 Lead flight attendant experience
 Develop and maintain standard stock and source vendors for aircraft cabin, lavatory and galley
 Management of corporate credit card and expense accounts
 Coordinate and shop for interior items per client’s request
 Communication with FBO’s and caterers to insure all requests are met
 Current in all aspects of required yearly training
 Provide client profiles updates, post-trip reports, catering reports and maintain other required paperwork
 Culinary training including plating skills at five-star level
 Creative menu planning and ability to prepare fresh meals on board
 Versed in the art and science of gastronomy and specialized diets
